Terms and Conditions

 1. Introduction- Welcome to Blackhart Tattoo. By accessing our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.  

2. Booking and Appointments- All consultations and tattoo sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting our studio. - A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo.  

3. Age Restrictions- Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. Valid identification will be required.  

4. Health and Safety- It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or previous skin reactions that may affect your tattooing process. - We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it poses a risk to your health or safety.  

5. Artwork and Design- All tattoo designs are the intellectual property of Blackhart Tattoo and may not be reproduced without permission. - Custom designs may take time to create, and we encourage clients to provide input during the design process.  

6. Payment- Full payment is required upon completion of the tattoo session. We accept various payment methods; please inquire for details. - Prices for services are subject to change and will be confirmed during your consultation.  

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit.  

8. Liability- Blackhart Tattoo is not liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or complications resulting from tattoo procedures.  - Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by our artists.  

9. Amendments- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.  

10. Governing Law- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the New Zealand Ministry of Justice.  By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
